- Tickets not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or exchange the ticket price and service fee. Pickaseat cannot be requested for the refund of tickets not used on the day and time.
- The organizer institutions and / or organizations have the right to make changes in the areas where the concert will be held and / or in the concert halls when they deem appropriate in the session order and plan.
- The user agrees that he/she complies with the age limit rules applicable to the event for the tickets purchased through Pickaseat. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present ID at the venue for the purchased ticket.
- If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and the ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User accepts and undertakes that he / she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present ID at the event venue for the purchased ticket.
- In case of being late for the event, Pickaseat is in no way obliged to take the user to the event venue.
